Customer Warranty

This is to certify that you as the customer has purchased a fence to be erected on your property. Paradise Fencing will guarantee to furnish the proper materials for the specification and installation in accordance with the standard practices and will warranty the same according to the following limitations:

Pressure Treated Pine: (mfg. warranty)

        1 year labor

        15 years materials

Aluminum Fences : (mfg. warranty)

         Warrants to the original consumer purchaser of our aluminum fence products a limited lifetime warranty that our

         aluminum products will be free from defect in workmanship and that our coating will not crack, chip or peel. Gate

         workmanship, including welds are warranted for a period of two years.

Vinyl Fences : (mfg. warranty)

         Limited lifetime warranty covers single family residential properties only. This warranty extends to the original purchaser

         and one individual transferee as specified herein. 

Chain Link Fences : 

         1 year labor

         5 years materials

• Warranty time does not necessarily indicate the life of the wood, under normal conditions wood will last much longer especially if a good quality stain or water sealant is applied to the wood.
• If the fence is installed in a hazardous location such as a salt spray, high chemical area or a damp swampy area deduct half the time listed.
• Warranties do not apply to fences damaged caused by misuse, accidents, vandalism, fire, insects, windstorm, or other acts of God or if the fence is kept wet from yard sprinklers.
• Its a natural characteristic for wood to show normal discoloration, minimal splits, warpage, or twisting & shrinkage. Therefore this natural process is not covered by this warranty.
